Uttarkashi Ganga Aarti & Makar Sakranti Mela

Pujya Swamiji recently visited Uttarkashi on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sakranti and inspired thousands of people, assembled for the special festival, to protect and preserve their sacred rivers from pollution and open defecation. He also inspired a pledge for clean water, sanitation and hygiene as well making Uttarkashi open defecation free. He interacted with locals and led everyone in an extraordinary Ganga Aarti on the banks of the River Ganga.
