Maa Katyayani is the sixth manifestation of Goddess Durga and is worshiped on the sixth day of Navratri. Maa Katyayani is believed to have manifested to fulfill the intense penance and devotion of Sage Katyayana. Her blessings are sought for courage, protection, and overcoming obstacles. She represents the fierce and protective aspect of the divine feminine.
