Pujya Swamiji Graces Inauguration of 6th National Conference on Family Medicine and Primary Care at AIIMS, Rishikesh

The 6th National Conference on Family Medicine and Primary Care (FMPC 2024) at All India Institute of Medical Sciences – AIIMS, Rishikesh was inaugurated today by Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen Gurmit Singh Ji, and Parmarth Niketan’s President, HH Param Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji. This impactful event brought together doctors, researchers, and healthcare experts from across the nation to share experiences and discuss new practices in family medicine and primary care.

During the event, a new book titled “Changing Lives – Integrated Community Health Care” was released, and doctors who have excelled in healthcare were honored. Swami Chidananda Saraswati Ji shared his wisdom on the significance of family medicine, saying, “To turn illness into wellness, we must make small changes in our lifestyle, which not only improve physical health but also strengthen mental and emotional well-being.” He also emphasized the need to preserve the rich Himalayan culture as it is tied to our values, health, and future.
