Pujya Swamiji Specially Invited to Viksit Bharat Summit 2025
Powerful Dialogue for Nature, Justice, and Public Awareness
HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, President of Parmarth Niketan, was specially invited to the Viksit Bharat Summit–2025. In Delhi, he held an inspiring and solution-oriented discussion with Union Jal Shakti Minister Shri C.R. Patil Ji, former Jal Shakti Minister and current Union Culture Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat Ji, and senior journalist Shri Jagdish Chandra Ji on several key environmental and social issues.
The conversation focused on restoring the purity of River Yamuna, planting root-rich vegetation along the riverbanks, making rivers plastic-free, and igniting a mass movement for climate balance.
Pujya Swami Ji emphasized, “Justice must not be limited to humans—it must also include nature and rivers. Rivers are not just water bodies—they are the lifelines of our culture, faith, and very existence. Polluting them with garbage and plastic is not just contamination; it is injustice.”
He further shared, “River cleanliness is a spiritual, social, and moral responsibility,” adding that in Bharat’s Sanatan tradition, ‘Rit’—natural balance—has always been the foundation of true justice.”
Under the divine presence of Pujya Swami Ji, the dignitaries lit the ceremonial lamp to formally inaugurate the Viksit Bharat Summit–2025.
Pujya Swami Ji graciously invited all dignitaries to participate in the sacred Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan in Rishikesh.
