Pujya Swamiji Graces Grand Srimad Bhagwat Katha organized in the Holy City of Haridwar
On the sacred banks of Mother Ganga, in the spiritually vibrant land of Haridwar, a grand and divine Srimad Bhagwat Katha was organized by the devotional hosts from Mumbai — Shri Ashok Bhai and his wife Smt. Jyoti Ji, with deep faith and commitment to Dharma.
Katha Vyas Shri Shyam Bhai Thakkar Ji beautifully narrated the sacred episodes of Lord Shri Krishna’s divine pastimes — Prahlad, Dhruv, Sudama, and Govardhan Leela — spreading the nectar of devotion, compassion, love, and Dharma into the hearts of the devotees.
This pious Katha was graced by the divine presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, President of Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh. His spiritual discourse filled all hearts with devotion and inspiration.
Message of Pujya Swami Ji: “Srimad Bhagwat is not just a scripture, it is the art of living. Dharma and Nature are not separate — Mother Ganga, Mother Earth, trees and water — They are our faith as well as our very existence. The day we make Nature the center of our worship, this Earth will transform into Heaven.”
In this sacred Katha, Swami Ji offered a Rudraksha sapling and inspired everyone to embrace:
- Environmental protection
- Water conservation
- Green and sustainable living
He further said: “Let Dharma not remain confined only to temples, but dwell in our hearts. Let the lamp not only be lit in our homes, but illuminate our lives. Let Katha not just be heard, but become a pledge to be lived in our actions.”
The hosts, Shri Ashok Bhai and Smt. Jyoti Ji, expressed their gratitude and said that the divine presence of revered saints makes life truly devoted to Dharma, and it is a great blessing to have Pujya Swami Ji among us.
