Pujya Swamiji Graces Spaarsh Himalaya Mahotsav – 2025 in Dehradun

International Festival of Literature, Culture & Arts – Writer’s Village, Thano, Dehradun (Himalayas)

In the sacred lap of the Himalayas, the three-day grand celebration dedicated to global literature, culture, and arts — Spaarsh Himalaya Mahotsav-2025 — commenced with great spiritual grace and magnificence. It is an extraordinary confluence of Dharma, culture, literature, and Mother Nature.

Inspiring all, HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji said, “Uttarakhand is the mother of writing, music, and scriptures. From Maharishi Vyas to Lord Shri Ganesh, the divine valleys of the Himalayas have been the birthplace of scriptures that enriched India’s culture, spirituality and eternal knowledge. Mother Ganga has bestowed purity, sanctity, and timeless wisdom upon that sacred literature.”

He further added, “Spaarsh Himalaya Mahotsav is not merely a festival — it is a resolution to preserve culture, literature, and nature. The Himalayas are not only our protection but also the eternal source of knowledge, art, and spiritual energy.”
