A Grand Confluence of Sanatan Consciousness at the Gyan, Daan & Dhyan Mahotsav
The sacred Gyan, Daan & Dhyan Mahotsav, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, became a magnificent celebration of spirituality, service, culture, and Sanatan values, marking the 29th birthday of Pujya Acharya Dhirendra Krishna Shastri Ji. The event was further sanctified by the divine presence and blessings of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, President of Parmarth Niketan.
Thousands of devotees gathered to witness a historic spiritual celebration that reflected the timeless ideals of Dharma, Seva, Sanskar, and devotion. The atmosphere resonated with faith and inspiration as the collective recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa and Sundarkand filled Bharat Mandapam with the sacred chants of Jai Shri Ram and Jai Hanuman.
On this auspicious occasion, Acharya Dhirendra Krishna Shastri Ji made a landmark announcement that deeply moved everyone present. Building upon his mission of supporting underprivileged families through mass weddings, he pledged to take full responsibility for the education of the daughters of those families—an inspiring commitment that reflects the eternal Sanatan ideals of empowering women through education, dignity, and self-reliance.
Extending heartfelt birthday blessings, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji prayed for Acharya Ji’s excellent health, long life, inexhaustible energy, and continued strength to serve humanity. He said, “May the Almighty bless you with excellent health, long life, unwavering energy, and the strength to continue serving the welfare of humanity. May your devotion, tapasya, and inspiring voice continue to carry the divine flag of Sanatan Dharma across the world, awakening faith, patriotism, and devotion to Bhagwan Shri Ram and Shri Hanuman in countless hearts. May your life always remain dedicated to Dharma, selfless service, and the welfare of humanity.”
Pujya Swamiji also shared that knowledge gives direction, meditation awakens divinity, and charity gives life its true purpose. When these three unite, they transform not only individuals but society and the nation as a whole. He emphasized that India’s greatest strength lies not only in its growing global leadership but in its timeless spiritual heritage, nurtured by the Rishi and Sant traditions.
A special highlight of the celebration was the launch of “Mera Sanyasi,” a new literary work authored by Acharya Dhirendra Krishna Shastri Ji. The book beautifully reflects the spirit of Guru-Shishya tradition, renunciation, devotion, and the profound wisdom of Sanatan philosophy.
The gathering was graced by the esteemed presence of Acharya Balkrishna Ji, Acharya Lokesh Muni Ji, acclaimed actor Manoj Bajpayee Ji, renowned devotional singer Kanhaiya Mittal Ji, along with revered saints, scholars, and distinguished personalities from across the nation.
The Mahotsav stood as a powerful reminder that Sanatan Dharma is not merely an ancient tradition but a living way of life rooted in compassion, service, education, spiritual awakening, and nation-building. It inspired thousands to carry forward the timeless message of Dharma, humanity, and universal welfare.
Har Har Gange! Jai Shri Ram! Jai Hanuman!
