A Meaningful Meeting for Spiritual Dialogue and Sustainable Development
Today, the President of Parmarth Niketan, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, and the President of the Divine Shakti Foundation, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami Ji, Pushkar Singh Dhami at his official residence.
The meeting focused on spiritual, cultural, and environmental preservation in Uttarakhand, sustainable development through herbal plantations and Rudraksha tourism, and promoting pilgrimage and wellness tourism on a global scale.
Pujya Swamiji presented the Dhami family with a Rudraksha sapling – a symbol of harmony between environment and culture.
The Chief Minister offered the sacred Char Dham Prasad, adding sanctity to this spiritual exchange.
Pujya Swamiji shared, “Uttarakhand is not just a state; it is the North Star of India’s spiritual consciousness. Its rivers, forests, Rishi traditions, and the Himalayas are not merely natural heritage, but sources of deep inner awakening.”
The Hon’ble Chief Minister appreciated the contributions of Parmarth Niketan in the fields of environment, culture, and spiritual tourism, and reiterated the state’s commitment to establishing Uttarakhand as a global capital of yoga, wellness, and spirituality.
