Honouring the Spirit of Service: Honoring Sanitation Workers and Environmental Guardians at Parmarth Niketan

Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji lovingly served a meal and honoured the sanitation workers and environmental guardians at Parmarth Niketan today.

Ahead of Swamiji’s sacred birthday celebrations, “Seva Ka Samman” was observed – a beautiful tribute to the unsung heroes who silently serve humanity and Mother Earth every day.

Divine discourses cleanse our inner environment, while these guardians cleanse our outer world.  Together, they create balance – the essence of true Dharma.

Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji shared, “Recognising and honouring those who selflessly work for the cleanliness and health of our communities is not only our social and moral duty – it is sacred.”

This programme was a humble bow of gratitude to those who work silently yet powerfully for society.

On June 3rd, we celebrate Pujya Swamiji’s birthday – a sacred day dedicated to environmental action and inspiration.  Every year, it is marked with tree plantations, river cleanups, cleanliness drives, and eco-awareness campaigns.
