Pujya Swamiji Chief Guest at Lokmanilal & Dayakanti Devi Award 2025
The divine and inspirational ceremony of the “Lokmanilal & Dayakanti Devi Award–2025,” organized by the Maharshi Patanjali Group, was held today at Vivekananda Auditorium, MPVM – Ganga Gurukulam, Prayagraj. This award is dedicated to those teachers, educationists, and institutions who have contributed exceptionally to society by integrating Indian knowledge, tradition, values, enriched learning, and modern science.
The Chief Guest, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, in his blessing-filled address, said that education is not merely the accumulation of information but a harmonious blend of knowledge, wisdom, service, character, and values. Sanatan Bharat has, for centuries, guided the world with the ideal of “Vidya Dadati Vinayam”. The true aim of education is to uplift life—to transform a human being into a great human.
Swami Ji urged the youth to channel their energy into nation-building, environmental protection, service, culture, and the welfare of humanity. He said, “The future of India is seated in every classroom. Our youth possess divinity, capability, and the power to create change. They simply need the right direction, values, and inspiration.”
On the occasion of National Press Day, Swami Ji conveyed heartfelt wishes to all journalists, stating that journalism is not just a profession but a sacred path of truth, ethics, and service to society. Journalists are pillars of awareness, transparency, and national responsibility.
Distinguished guest Shri Anil Kumar Jain Ji praised the educational contribution of the MPVM group, saying that value-based Indian education is the foundation that can connect the younger generation with stability, prosperity, and ideals.
Prof. Krishna Gupta, Shri Vinod Bagrodia, Shri Ravinder Kumar Gupta, Shri Yashovardhan Gupta, and other senior educationists expressed that this award is dedicated to the unseen heroes who selflessly instill knowledge, discipline, scientific outlook, and human values in students.
The Maharshi Patanjali Group—especially MPVM, Ganga Gurukulam, and the Maharshi Patanjali Group of Schools—has set an exemplary model of modern education rooted in Indian values, where yoga, meditation, science, culture, innovation, and character-building are given equal importance.
From the Gurukul tradition to modern technology, India has always illuminated the world with the light of knowledge. Today, it is essential to carry this tradition forward to the youth so that along with science, AI, and innovation, they also strengthen culture and national character.
The ceremony was enriched with cultural performances, Vedic chanting, and inspirational messages, creating an atmosphere of divinity and enthusiasm.
In the end, gratitude was expressed to all guests, teachers, and participants, with confidence that this award tradition will continue to inspire the education sector and youth in the years to come.
On this occasion, Soniya Datta, Dr. Urvashi Sahni, Charu Seth, and Somya Taneja were honored.
