The 726th Prakatya Mahotsav of Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Ji was celebrated in an atmosphere of immense divinity, grandeur, and dignity at the sacred Sangam of Prayagraj. This historic occasion emerged as a sublime confluence of Sanatan culture, the Bhakti tradition, and national consciousness. The आयोजन was held at the holy camp of Shrimad Jagadguru Mahamandaleshwar Santoshdas Ji Maharaj (Satuā Baba), where the sacred flow of faith, penance, service, and surrender continued uninterrupted.
The presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji, President of Parmarth Niketan Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, and numerous revered saints from across the nation and abroad further elevated the spiritual grandeur of the celebration. The divine aura of the Magh Mela at the Sangam illuminated the entire atmosphere with spiritual energy.
The program commenced with Vedic chanting, ceremonial lighting of the lamp, and floral offerings on the sacred land of the Sangam. The inspiring discourses of the saints beautifully presented the life, philosophy, and priceless legacy of Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Ji to the masses.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri MYogiAdityanath Ji stated that Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Ji transformed devotion into a people’s movement, awakening social harmony and national consciousness. Today’s Uttar Pradesh, he said, is no longer a land of unrest but a land of festivals — a living example of harmony between development and heritage.
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, in his powerful address, said, “Jaat-paat poochhe nahi koi, Hari ka bhaje so Hari ka hoi’ is not merely a verse, but the proclamation of the Indian soul. To attain God, one needs compassion, not caste; faith, not lineage.”
Pujya Swami Ji added that Uttar Pradesh has moved from fear to faith, from disorder to discipline, and from darkness to light. This is the new Uttar Pradesh of a new India — a land of celebration and excellence.
Shrimad Jagadguru Mahamandaleshwar Santoshdas Ji Maharaj (Satuā Baba) described the Mahotsav as a festival of self-reflection, self-purification, and self-awakening, where devotion is true strength and service is true spiritual practice.
The resonant chants of “Jai Shri Ramanandacharya,” “Har Har Gange,” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” filled the Sangam with waves of spirituality and patriotism.
The ceremony concluded with the sacred Sangam Aarti, the National Anthem, and prayers for world peace. This Mahotsav has been inscribed in history as an eternal flame of Sanatan tradition, saintly culture, and Indian consciousness.
