Pujya Swamiji Graces Centenary Celebration of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)

Sant Sangosthi Organized
Held in the gracious presence of senior RSS leader, Hon’ble Shri Suresh “Bhaiyaji” Joshi
Blessed with the holy presence of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji (President, Parmarth Niketan), Yoga Guru Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji, Pujya Swami Rajrajeshwaranand Ji, Pujya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Harichetananand Ji, Pujya Swami Rupendra Prakash Ji, Pujya Swami Lalitanand Ji and many other revered saints

A special Sant Sangosthi was organized to commemorate the centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, honoring its remarkable journey and contribution over the past 100 years. The small flame lit by Respected Dr. Hedgewar Ji in 1925 has today become a worldwide beacon of light. RSS stands as an everlasting tree of Indian culture, tradition, and national consciousness, nurturing unity, service, and values in society.

The event highlighted that RSS is not just an organization but a living heritage that connects Indians to their roots. Through shakhas and schools, RSS has sown the seeds of discipline, values, and patriotism, keeping millions of youth connected to their cultural roots.

The saints also appreciated the selfless service of RSS volunteers, who have always stood in the frontlines during crises—be it the 2001 Gujarat earthquake, the 2013 Kedarnath tragedy, the global pandemic, or natural disasters. Their dedicated service is a living testament to the spirit of sacrifice.

It was emphasized that the Hindu ethos of RSS is a path for the welfare of humanity, not narrow-mindedness. RSS embodies the broad consciousness of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world as one family). As India moves toward becoming a global leader, the contribution of RSS becomes even more significant.

On this centenary, homage was paid to the millions of volunteers who dedicated their lives with the spirit of “Idam Rashtraay Idam Na Mam”—for the nation and humanity. The program concluded with a celebration of patriotism and selfless service.

Special acknowledgement to District Director Haridwar Dr. Yatindra Nagyan Ji, Religious Category Head, Contact Department Haridwar Swami Sadhanand Ji, and the entire team for their remarkable contributions to making this event a success.
