Pujya Swamiji meets with Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singhji

Pujya Swamiji met with Hon’ble Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singhji, this week in Delhi, soon after His return from abroad.

He shared with him the many suggestions and solutions that Ganga Action Parivar and the Global Interfaith WASH Allaince had gathered from their family of experts, scholars, scientists, engineers, environmentalists and dedicated volunteers, presenting GAP’s and GIWA’s White Papers as summaries of these crucial issues and solutions.

Pujya Swamiji also discussed the plans of Gomti Action Parivar towards raising awareness and revitalizing the River Gomti as a model of a pristine and free-flowing tributary of Mother Ganga.

Pujya Swamiji also warmly invited Shri Rajnath Singhji to the upcoming Worship for WASH Summit in November, which will be organized and hosted by the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance in collaboration with UNICEF. The Hon’ble Home Minister was deeply impressed by Pujya Swamiji’s divine vision and leadership and extended his support in these noble endeavors.
