So, it is disappointing when people come to drink alcohol on the banks of Mother Ganga. People come to Ganga for meditation, worship and moksha – not to watch people drinking and smoking.”

This is especially difficult, as Pujya Swamiji shares, because He first found His love for Ganga when He was just 8 years old! “Maa ganga is the Mother of the world, so the Her banks should not be tourism centre. They should be the centre of pilgrimage and Eco tourism!”
