SAINTS, SCHOLARS, DIGNITARIES AND DEVOTEES FROM ACROSS THE WORLD TRAVELED TO HARIDWAR TO CELEBRATE THIS HISTORIC OCCASION, WHICH WAS CROWNED BY A SPECIAL BlESSING FROM HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA.
